Please note: Delivery times may be delayed due to COVID-19 and courier services being affected by this.

Shipment processing times

We aim to ship parcels every day (excluding weekends). Once the parcel has left us at Barirah to the courier, it is no longer in our control. Due to COVID-19 affecting courier servies, there may be delays on their front, which may result in slower shipping times.

Shipping times are estimated to be 3-4 days, however this may be delayed due to courier services. You will be provided with a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase.

Which courier do we use to ship our items?

We currently use Royal Mail.

Do we ship worldwide?

No, we do not currently ship worldwide. This is something that we are planning on introducing soon insha'allah. Currently, we only ship to the UK.
